He spoke about how after decades of fighting and opposition how the outlook towards LGBTs in India is still not positive. He also mentioned the certain advancements that have taken place with respect to treatment meted towards the LGBTs such as the project Bolo, Queer Ink ( the first online bookstore for the queer). He stressed on the fact that how gays or lesbians are not criminals, they have their own life to live, preferably somewhere in a much liberal and progressive country, discussed on certain expressions as what does it mean to be a gay and Indian emphasing in the end that now is the time to re-imagine, time to re-imagine our national identity and include national diversity.

Parmesh speaks:-
